Tej Seetal Kaur (Tamzin) is a Kundalini Yoga student & teacher. She has been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 2012 and teaching since the end of 2016. Through the massive shifts Kundalini yoga created in her own life, she felt compelled to become a teacher and share this life changing practice with the world. She believes that “flow” pours into your life when you turn to face your shadows & commit to working a mindfulness practice such as Kundalini yoga.
Tamzin’s classes focus on the deep healing of the self through meditation, breath, yoga, mantra and relaxation. Each class is dedicated to holding the space for all students on their personal journey
