I discovered yoga initially as a way to keep surf fit when I started working in 2010 and couldn’t surf everyday anymore. It soon became a regular part of my life, practicing between 4-9 times a week, I fell in love with strong practices which challenge me both mentally and physically as well as deep slower practices connecting body to mind and spirit. Yoga has taught me so many life lessons, how to be present, to remain unattached to external outcomes, to just breath!  Having done my teacher training in 2015, I have had the absolute privilege of guiding many yogis to find their own experiences towards themselves!
