Starting my practice of Kundalini yoga in 2012 at a dark time of my life, reaping the benefits of a life-changing experience. Giving me the desire to share the benefits of this ancient practice. I, therefore, obtained my 200hr International Yoga Alliance qualification.
The practice of Kundalini was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in the sixties to enlighten and improve the quality of life for those lost in the growth of habitual dependency on lysogenic & psychedelic drugs, which include altered awareness of one’s surroundings, perceptions, and feelings.
The practice of kundalini yoga works on unblocking the energetic path, rebalancing the brain, nervous and glandular system through breathing tools, PANA & APANA, Ancient Scientifically established Exercises, KRIYA, setting alignments through tone and vibration to the meridian points through MANTRA & MUDRA
